The piece above is an "Exquisite Corpse". It's a combination of 3 artists each doing a different body part with a different theme. The head being figurative, the body being mechanical, and the legs being water.by doing this project I learned how to clear everything from my head and not think about what the artists before me did on their body parts. Not being able to see what the person did before me was killing me, but it made me focus on just my piece and my theme. The piece is successful because the three parts still physcially onnect with one another creating the corpse even though none of them have any actual connection to each other meaning wise. For this piece, I did the head. Next time I would focus on more details with the fishes head. As well as add a background and some color to really make my piece influential to the whole artwork.
These are just 3 paper origami finger games. The entire class collaborated to create as many as possible and then another group of students was going to create something solely using our origamis. The piece is successful because it's brings dozens of kids together to create one art piece out of a bunch of tiny art pieces. By doing this piece I learned how to use my own skills, and sharing them for a bigger cause. I was the minion to help other artists create their piece. If I were to do this again I would first make even more of the origamis and second I would use all of the same paper to make the final piece not as scattered with designs.

Above is the link for my groups stop motion animation. Me and 3 other artists brought our skills and ideas to construct a stop motion video. I learned how to bend and twist my own ideas to fit the ideas of my partners, as well as exploring my creative side with figuring out how to get the stop motion video to flow. The piece is successful because after a collision of a bunch of different ideas, they all came together to make one final artwork. If I were to do this again, I would pay attention to more detail on ash and every frame making sure their were no shadows and/or hands/ fingers in the shot. Also, add to the story and make it go longer!
